Led vision of light and dark when I wake up?

What is happening for some time about a year or two, but last week, its been happening more frequently. Every time you get up quickly and start walking, I get dizzy and my gos dark vision, and heard a loud noise in my ears. The worst I ever had was the winter when I was sick. You should also know that I'm vegetarian and my aunt thought I was probably anemic?

As a vegetarian coworkers (I was one of my life, no joke) I thought the same feeling when I showed up, which could have resulted from my diet. I asked my doctor and he said no matter. This feeling is often due to having been sitting for some time, and when you get up quickly, the blood flows into your body faster and spreads to different parts of your body. Oh! And by the way, I'm not anemic. I'm the opposite. I work every day, then maybe a little exercise would not hurt either. Most people become vegetarians because they are trying to lose weight (I am one because of my religion) but do not understand they have to exercise. Otherwise, losing weight is not easy.
